When you use a U disk to start the computer, the computer can not start, but use the CD-ROM to boot the computer, it will start normally.

This is because the USB boot is not turned on or is not set correctly in the computer's BIOS. When starting the computer into the CMOS settings, in the system boot sequence has the FDD USB and HDD USB option, this is the UBS startup option, the system boot sequence set to USB first boot, in the CMOS settings, the USB-HDD set to the system boot. However, some older motherboards do not support USB boot.

General motherboards support U disk to start the computer, the prerequisite is the U disk must be made through a dedicated tool to start the disk.
