This is because the Oracle driver cannot be loaded due to an environment variable problem. The solution is to re-Modify the environment variable.

If Oracle is installed in C:/Oracle/product ...........

Find C:/Oracle/product/10.1.0 /......... /bin (find it by yourself. My options are C:/Oracle/product/10.1.0/db_2/bin)

Then add C:/Oracle/product/10.1.0/......... to the environment variable path /......... /bin (my options are C:/Oracle/product/10.1.0/db_2/bin)
