Unable to read TLD "META-INF/C.TLD" 500 error

The error message is as follows:

Org.apache.jasper.JasperException:Unable to read TLD ' meta-inf/c.tld ' from JAR file ' File:/c:/program files/apache softw are Foundation/tomcat 5.5/webapps/jspbook/web-inf/lib/jstl-1.2.jar ": org.apache.jasper.JasperException:Failed to Load or instantiate Taglibraryvalidator Class:org.apache.taglibs.standard.tlv.JstlCoreTLV

There are a variety of solutions available on the Web, but none of them apply to my situation.

After the deployment of the project clearly has jstl-1.2.jar this jar package, is myeclipse in the Java-EE library from the belt,

There is also a jstl.jar, which I introduced myself. The cause of this problem is that these two jar packs are conflicting.

After I removed the Jstl.jar, the problem was solved.
