Unable to start Apache after enabling Includeconf/extra/httpd-ssl.conf

Apache cannot be started after the Includeconfextrahttpd-ssl.conf is enabled. Remove the {code...} in the httpd-ssl.conf to start Apache properly, but still cannot start Apache after enabling Include conf/extra/httpd-ssl.conf with HTTPS access.
Place 

SSLSessionCache "shmcb:/Apache/logs/ssl_scache (512000)" SSLSessionCacheTimeout 300

It can be started normally after removal, but it still cannot be accessed through HTTPS
