WORD2007 has new style settings for objects such as graphics, pictures, charts, WordArt, auto shapes, text boxes, and styles that include effects such as gradients, colors, borders, shapes, and shading to help users quickly format these objects.
For example, when you insert a picture in the Word2007 document window and click to select the picture, the Picture Tools | Formatting feature is automatically opened. In the format ribbon, in the picture Styles group, you can quickly format a picture by using preset styles. It is worth mentioning that when the mouse pointer hovers over a picture style, the picture in the Word2007 document instantly previews the actual effect, as shown in Figure 1.
