In Microsoft Office Excel, you can undo and redo up to 100 operations, even after you save the worksheet. You can also repeat any number of actions.
Undo the previous or multiple actions performed
To undo an action, do one or more of the following:
Click Undo on the Quick Access Toolbar

To undo multiple actions at the same time, click Undo
Arrow next to it, select the action you want to undo from the list, and then click the list. Excel undoes all the selected actions.

Redo the Undo action
To redo the undo action, click Restore on the Quick Access Toolbar

To repeat the previous action, click Repeat on the Quick Access Toolbar.

Note Some operations cannot be duplicated, such as using functions in cells. If you cannot repeat the previous action, the repeat command changes to "cannot be repeated."
