Unhandled event Loop exception GC overhead limit exceeded

A new MAVEN project has been created today with unhandled event loop exception GC overhead limit exceeded. According to the internet said to increase the maximum heap of memory, the results will be Eclipse.ini parameters to-xmx1024m or error.

Finally found on the internet a friend said "do not change eclipse.exe filename ", I went to see the file name has not changed, and the shortcut became "Eclipse.exe-shortcut." I guess it doesn't matter! But took so long did not fix, died horse when live horse Medical, the "shortcut" deleted, restart Eclipse, again new MAVEN project, unexpectedly no error, unexpectedly not error!!!!!!!!

Some say it's eclipse to defend the copyright, I wonder if that's the reason, if that's the reason why only the new MAVEN project this time? I didn't have a problem when I was working with eclipse?

I now change the shortcut to "eclipse.exe-shortcut" I want to reproduce the error just now, and found that it can be created normally. I rebuilt three times to create a new build. In the meantime, I can change the "shortcut" except to restart Eclipse. It may take a while to change the heap memory, but after I change the-xmx1024m I immediately restart eclipse or I can't create a new one, but it's OK to remove the shortcut. But now the "shortcut" plus still can be used normally. How does this phenomenon explain???? Such a wonderful problem!!!!! Now I'm going to change the heap memory back again, and I can use it to restart Eclipse.
