1.  Personal Understanding of the Code

category is ASCII Code, when learning C language, can only encode basic characters;

another is ANSI encoding and UNICODE encoding, both of which are coding standards, he has several implementations (just like the H264 standard). 

  Ansi coding standard, Simplified Chinese the implementation has   GBK   Gb2312,   GB18030   avc  h264 standard implementation), traditional Chinese, Japanese there are other encodings implemented  . 

for UNICODE encoding Standard, is the international general code, the concrete realization has UTF-16 utf-16le utf-16be UCS-2  UTF-8 and so on.
