Solution:

Lenovo to the firewall, open the network share center - Change adapter settings - local connection - right Key properties - general below see there are two firewalls: one is Jinshan firewall, one is QQ Firewall as shown in the following illustration:

Remove the hooks in front of the two firewalls and the local connection is available.
