Uninstall Openfire and openfire

In Instant Messaging programming, your Openfire service may be unavailable or cannot be connected for various reasons.

The most direct and time-saving way to solve this type of problem is to uninstall and reinstall it. This article mainly introduces how to uninstall Openfire.

First, make sure that you have disabled openfire.

Open the terminal (in the application --> utility -->)

Enter the following command:

Sudo rm-rf/Library/PreferencePanes/Openfire. prefPane

Sudo rm-rf/usr/local/openfire

Sudo rm-rf/Library/LaunchDaemons/org. jivesoftware. openfire. plist

The first one will allow you to enter the administrator password, even though the terminal will not be displayed when you enter the password. If you enter the password correctly, press enter to execute it.

After the three commands, openfire disappears completely.
