1 Right-click on "Computer"--services and services and applications--Stop all Oracle-related services ( Oracle-like ORACLEDBCONSOLEORCL).
2--All Programs--oracle--> Oracle Installation Products--Universal Installer, "Welcome" after you start, uninstall products-expand oradb11g_home1--> Check Oracle Database 11g11.2.0.1.0--> in the Oracle home directory and select "Yes" in the pop-up confirmation window. When the uninstallation is complete, select Close in the Product List screen that pops up, and then select Cancel in the Welcome screen to exit the interface.
3 start and enter regedit in the search bar to enter the registration form
1) Select hkey_local_machine\software\oracle, press del to delete this entry
2) Select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services, scroll through this list, delete all Oracle portals ( keys starting with Oracle )
3) Select hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\eventlog\
Application, delete all Oracle portals.
4) Delete all keys prefixed with Ora or Oracle in the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT directory .
4 Computers- -Properties-- Advanced system Settings--high -level environment variables , delete environment variables classpath and path for oracle settings.
5 Delete all andOracle-related Catalogs(If you can't delete it, restart the computer and then delete it ) includes:
1)C:\Program files\oracle directory.
2)Oracle's installation directory, such as D:\app
3)C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Oracle directory.
4)c \ user \ user name \oracle
