In fact, in that era, when Microsoft strongly guided unity developers to release WP games, I guess Microsoft will certainly add vs debugging support for unity.

 

No, Microsoft announced the acquisition of unityvs the day before. If you look at a foreign company or a small company or team, you can eat with a famous product. If a large company spends a little time and manpower on it, it will immediately make it easy for the small company to eat. However, Microsoft chose to buy them and then launch free products. Then, Microsoft enhanced the unityvs function, changed the name (-_-), and simplified the installation and configuration process. Visual Studio Tools for unity 1.9 has been released recently.

 

Download and install

The three links presented here are different plug-ins for vs2010, vs2012, and vs2013. I used 2013, so I downloaded the third one.

 

Then there is the installation. There is only one MSI file. Yes, it is simple and easy to use. Ms is very considerate.

 

Agree and proceed. Installation is complete.

 

Import and debug

After installing the plug-in, open unity and select new project. You will find that there is a visual Studio 2013 tools. unitypackage package in the standard package.

 

You can select and import at the moment, or enter unity to import.

The import method in unity is:

Menu Bar-> assects-> importpackage-Visual Studio 2013 tools

 

Select All and import them. One more Visual Studio Tools is displayed in the menu bar.

 

OK. Select open in Visual Studio to open the project with.

Debugging is very simple. F5, attach it to the unity process, enter unity, and run the game.

 

Then you can perform normal debugging.
