Modify Password:
Scott user's password is not correct, enter administrator user, modify Scott user password can
or modify the password like this:
In the Run Bar Knock: Sqlplus (space)/nolog carriage return
Then knock in the pop-up box: Conn Sys/password as SYSDBA carriage return
Prompt is connected
Last knock: Alter user Scott identified by Tiger; carriage return
Alter user Scott account unlock carriage return (Unlock for Scott)
Unlock method:
After you log in with system, execute the following command:
sql> alter user Scott account unlock;
The user has changed.
This completes the unlock operation. Next, you can also reset the user's password to Scott.
Modify Scott's login password:
Sql> alter user Scott identified by Tiger;
The user has changed.
When you're done, you can use Scott and Tiger to log in.
Sql> Conn Scott/tiger
is connected.
