In the process of surfing the internet, many phenomena often make us wonder! This is not the same workstation in different Internet locations, their speed is not the same, and different workstations in the same Web site, their speed may not be the same, this is why? It's actually very simple, The speed of surfing the Internet will be subject to many factors, we only in peacetime when the Internet, pay more attention to some details, to find ways to break the influence of the speed of all kinds of restrictions, in order to let the speed of Internet surfing faster people!
1. Breaking Protocol Restrictions
For those friends who normally visit only Internet networks, it is sufficient to have the TCP/IP protocol installed on their workstations, and any other protocol is redundant. But in fact, the workstation system in the default state, will automatically bind many unrelated communication protocols in the local Workstation network card devices, which will significantly aggravate the network card equipment work "burden", resulting in network card equipment transmission speed down. In order to improve the speed of surfing the Internet, we should start from the "lighten up" of the network card of the local workstation. Now let's break the restrictions on the speed of the Internet for irrelevant communication protocols:
First, open the Start menu in the local workstation system desktop, select the Settings/Network Connections command, and in the subsequent Network Connections List window, right-click the Local Area Connection icon and choose Properties from the right-click menu to open the Local Area Connection Properties Settings window;
Second, from the Settings window (shown in Figure 1), we will see that the workstation system in the default state for the network card device binding a lot of unrelated communication protocols and system components, these protocols or components in the process of surfing the internet did not play a role in the application, but also consumes the resources of the network card equipment, ultimately affecting the speed of surfing the Internet. To that end, we can uncheck the "QoS Packet Scheduler" option here to reduce the "burden" of the NIC device; Of course, if there is no shared resource on the local workstation that needs to be accessed by other friends on the LAN, we can also cancel the "File and Printer Sharing of Microsoft networks" here. Selected status of the project and the Microsoft Network client project.

In addition, in workstations that have Windows Vista systems or Windows Server 2008 systems installed, the system also automatically binds the Tcp/ipv6 protocol to network card devices, and in fact many ordinary users do not use this communication protocol at all; due to tcp/ The IPV6 protocol is selected by default, which causes us to surf the web at the workstation and search for the network connection associated with the Tcp/ipv6 protocol, and only when the system confirms that it cannot search for an available Tcp/ipv6 network connection, will it look for and tcp/ IPV4 protocol related to the network connection, it is clear that this will make the Internet surfing operation some detours, and eventually lead to a noticeable decline in surfing speed. Therefore, the first thing to do when surfing the web in Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 system environments is to open the local system's Network Connection Properties Settings window, cancel the Tcp/ipv6 protocol component selected, and ensure that the local network adapter device uses only the Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPV4) "to surf the Internet."
2. Break the analytical constraints
In the process of surfing the Internet, the target site's domain name address is only first resolved into an IP address, ie browser to correctly target the content of the site display, it is obvious to visit the site's domain name resolution speed will also affect the speed of surfing the Internet. If we can keep the usual frequent access to the site IP address directly in the local workstation, and then let IE browser directly from the local hard drive to read them, so that you do not have to go through a professional domain name server to resolve, so as to improve the speed of surfing the net effect. This is obviously a very good idea! In fact, the Windows workstation system has already thought of this, it has for our ordinary users to store the target site IP address of the hosts file, using the file we can effectively break the restrictions on domain name resolution, thus greatly improve the speed of surfing the Internet. In general, when the TCP/IP protocol component is properly installed in our workstation system, the Windows system automatically generates a HOSTS file under the system installation directory, finds the file, and writes the corresponding records of the site domain names and IP addresses that require frequent access to the file. In the future when the Web site domain name resolution speed can be greatly improved.
When adding a site's domain name resolution record to the hosts file, we first need to locate and open the file. Because the Hosts file belongs to the system hidden file by default, to find this file, we need to modify the corresponding Workstation System Folder options, the following is the specific steps to modify: first open the My Computer window, in the menu bar of the window, click the "Tools"/"Folder Options" command, In the Pop-up Folder Options Settings dialog box, click the View tab to open the tab Settings page shown in Figure 2, and in the Advanced Settings list box of the page, uncheck the Hide extensions for known file types Project and hide protected operating system files item, and then clicking OK Button End folder option setting operation.

Next, click the Start/search/file or Folder command, enter the keyword "hosts" in the file search dialog that follows, and then click the "Search" button, so you can find the Hosts file in the local workstation system. Right-click the file icon, select Open With from the shortcut menu that pops up, and then in the Open With Selection dialog box, select the program you want to use to adjust to the Notepad program, and then click OK to open the Hosts file; We can in the pop-up text editing window to manually enter the site to visit the domain name and IP address of the corresponding relationship records, and finally remember to perform the save operation.
3. Breaking down Cable restrictions
In the network process, because each wiring construction personnel's technical level is good and bad, this leads directly to those low quality, the technical level is not high the construction personnel to oneself request is not high, often can only satisfy oneself to arrange the network cable to meet only "pass" the minimum requirement, They simply think that the network cables they have arranged are qualified as long as they are able to pass. In fact, the arrangement and production of network cables Meet the standard, which will directly affect the actual transmission speed of network cable. At present, many intelligent switches on the market can be used to automatically identify the production standards of the two ends of the network cable, but if the network cable is connected to the NIC device and the other end connected to the switch device and the router device, it should be considered from the production specification point. Then both ends of the network cable should be used at the same time T568A standard or t568b standard for the production, if the network cable at both ends of the network device type of connection, then the end of the network cable must be produced by the T568A Standard, the other end must be made by the T568B standard, This means that you must use a crossover line to connect the same type of network device. If in the process of making a cable, we do not follow the standard to make, then the network cable in the process of transmission signal is very vulnerable to the interference of cable crosstalk phenomenon, and eventually the network transmission speed greatly reduced.
