Analysis: The main reason in IIS is that the version of the application pool is inconsistent with the. NETFramework version that you are developing. Typically a Web site corresponds to an application pool and has the same name as the site. The default installation of Visual Studio 2010 corresponds to the. NETFramework is 4.0, and on this machine is generally the 2.0 version. So it doesn't match.

Workaround: Click Application Pool in IIS, locate the application pool for your site, right click Advanced Settings. NETFramework change to V4.0.

Open this website again, there is no such mistake
