At the same time, I have also been a junior in art and design, and now I have become a freshman in user research and interactive design. I have never heard of computer-related terms, today, we are happy to communicate with many computer professionals. We never know what user experience design (UX) is) he won the first user experience design competition in his life. I can't help but lament "change" and "Growth" after the change ".

At the beginning, I always felt "inexplicable" and inexplicably failed to get into a school with a very high proportion of boys, but I went to the school with the highest proportion of girls; unexpectedly, I entered a male-dominated industry, but I had an internship in a group with a similar proportion of men and women. Today, this "inexplicable" has become a "habit", and even "happy ". I am happy to continue to enjoy the time that my peers who have already worked cannot enjoy; I am happy to continue to enjoy the course of work, work, and practice in STB China.

New experience brought about by changes

In January this year, I moved from building 5 of zizhu information digital port to the newly established Microsoft China Shanghai Science and Technology Park. The change in work location not only brings about a better working environment, but also makes me get to know many colleagues who have moved from the city center.

Our user experience design team also has its own office area, which breaks the decentralization of the previous team members sitting in different product groups and gives us more freedom to communicate. Our office area is located in the corner of a window on both sides of the four floors of the building. It looks like a huge green lawn in the park. In the afternoon, Nico, my lovely French boss, will play some relaxed music, sit down by the window, or lie on the sandbags and sofa beside the window to see the blue sky and the green grass outside the window, all the pressure and troubles will be lost.

New opportunities brought about by changes

I like painting from an early age. I have studied art design for four years. In my senior year, I did not hesitate to choose direct research on work or direct research. One of the main reasons is that my user experience design internship in the past year has clearly positioned me as the best interaction designer in my career planning. I hope that I can have more knowledge and practical experience in user experience design. Therefore, I have chosen the relevant user research direction that I want to know most.

Rather than changing my major direction, it is better to say that I have opened up my own learning fields. On the basis of my best visual design, how can I combine the enhanced interaction design capabilities during my internship and the user research knowledge accumulated during my postgraduate study? This is a challenge for me, it is also an opportunity for me to move to a higher level of design ladder.

New thinking brought about by changes

Not long ago, the departure of two colleagues in the team had a great impact on me, including not only adapting to the new team environment, it also allows me to rethink many aspects such as ideals, work, and life.

Their departure gave me the most thought about "happiness. As a company training instructor said: "Happiness is not without pain. Happiness is not a result but a process ." What is happiness? For me, happiness is not about whether I have lost anything, but about knowing that I have gained too many things. Happiness does not mean whether I feel painful, but that even if I sometimes feel sad that people who have been with me will smile. Happiness is not about finding ways to make yourself happy, but about making those I love happy.

In fact, I am a person who does not like to change. Maybe it's because of my natural sensibility that I always feel unstable as long as something changes around me. However, the environment is often not changed by our individual will. We can look at the change from the positive side, just as the old saying goes: "The water is not corrupted, and the household is not in the upper-right corner ." It allows us to keep moving forward without stopping, but also to make us gain something without regressing!
