Update Android SDK and Android SDK using the red apricot proxy
For some reason, we cannot directly use the Android SDK Manager Update Service to update SDK components, but there is always a solution.
I. Update using the red apricot agent
Redapricot is a widely acclaimed scientific Internet Plug-in Chrome. The red apricot proxy is designed for developers.FreeThe provisioning program is provided to update many blocked development sites through proxy, and has basically covered most common servers such as dl-ssl.google.com and maven.org.
The agent settings of Android SDK Manager are actually very simple. Manager-> tools-> options:
Check Force https: //… According to the configuration parameters shown in the figure ://...", Force the http proxy to update, and then we can see the familiar prompt to be updated.
Ii. Domestic FTP site update
Download frequently-used SDK components such as platform-tools, samples, build-tools, and system image from the ftp site in China, decompress them to the SDK, and replace the corresponding component folder.
A recent ftp site: http://mirrors.neusoft.edu.cn/android/repository/
3. Use VPN update
VPN services that are charged on a basic basis have the scientific Internet access function, and can be directly updated after configuration. VPN is almost unrestricted from the client, but it is also slow.
