Update of css3 draft: elastic box layout and css3 font Module

Css3Elastic box Layout

Css3The elastic box is displayed in2009Year7MonthThe first introduction was almost completely rewritten in the latest update of this specification. According to the latest draft:

Css3The upgrade of the font model draft brings about some new features:

• added the font-kerning attribute to adjust the padding.
• added the font-variant attribute extension to support OpenType font features .
• added @ font-feature-values rules to define font-specific different selector, related discussions .
• Add the font-language-Override attribute to set another language for display.
• Add the font-feature-Settings attribute, to access low-level OpenType features.
• Revise the font matching algorithm.
• Add the font-synthesis attribute for font synthesis, details .
