Update/replace system hosts for easy access to foreign sites

Update hosts

• The actions described below may overwrite the existing hosts, so make sure you need to make a backup before doing so.

• It is recommended that you use the Host Tools of this project to automate backup/configuration work.

• If the update hosts do not take effect immediately, please reset the network:

  • Switching networks within the system Setup
  • Enable disable airplane mode
  • Rebooting the system

Windows

To open a file with a text editor (such as notepad++):

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

Copy the entire contents of the hosts into the above file and save

Note: If you encounter an inability to save, right-click on the file hosts and find "Properties", "Security", then select the username you logged in, click Edit, Tick "write".

Linux and Mac OS

Copy the entire contents of the hosts to /etc/hosts and save it.

or open terminal (shortcut key Ctrl + Alt + T ) input command:

$ wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/racaljk/hosts/master/hosts-qO/tmp/hosts $ sudo sh-c ' cat/tmp/hosts >/etc/ Hosts

Android and IOS

Copy the entire contents of the hosts to /etc/hosts and save it.
