Upgrade Exchange Server SP1 to SP3 version related issues workaround

When you upgrade the Exchange Server SP1 to SP3 version, if you have a UM role installed, you need to uninstall the language party package before it occurs because of a problem with the package, and then upgrade the following method:

1. Perform the following command to uninstall all language packs except en-US um

D:\exchange Server Sp3>setup.com/removeumlanguagepack:zh-cn
Welcome to the Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Unattended Setup program
Prepare the Exchange Setup program
The following Unified Messaging language packs will be removed:
UM Language Pack for ZH-CN
Performing Microsoft Exchange Server prerequisite Checks
Configuring Microsoft Exchange Server
(ZH-CN) The UM language pack is complete
The Microsoft Exchange Server installation operation completed successfully.

D:\exchange Server sp3>setup.com/removeumlanguagepack:en-us
Welcome to the Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Unattended Setup program
Prepare the Exchange Setup program
The following Unified Messaging language packs will be removed:
En-US UM Language pack
The United States English (en-us) Unified Messaging Language Pack cannot be uninstalled because it is required by the Unified Messaging server role.

Exchange Server Setup encountered an error.

2. Run SP3 Upgrade Package program

3. Download the reinstallation of the UM SP3 language pack, which is linked as follows:

Install the UM Language pack
