The first thing we did in 2008 was to upgrade Ubuntu from 7.10 to 8.04. I have been downloading a new package from last night to download and install it this morning. I feel that Ubuntu8.04 has not changed much, but there are two changes I have encountered: 1. in Nautilus of Ubuntu7.10, you can use "view in list mode" to view nothing, but you can see it in Ubuntu8.04. 2. NetBeans6 cannot be started recently. I am at home
The first thing we did in 2008 was to upgrade Ubuntu from 7.10 to 8.04.
I have been downloading a new package from last night to download and install it this morning. I feel that Ubuntu8.04 has not changed much, but there are two changes I have encountered:
1. Nautilus
In Nautilus of Ubuntu7.10, you can use "view in list mode" to view nothing, but you can see it in Ubuntu8.04.
2. NetBeans6 cannot be started
Recently, I used NetBeans when I was playing at home. However, I cannot start it after the upgrade.
When NetBeans is started, the following error is reported: Locking assertion failure.
Google found a solution that really worked.
During the use process, we also found that the performance of Ubuntu 8.04 was improved, and the operation was smoother than before.
New Year's new weather, I went out to buy a new mouse and keyboard this afternoon.
I don't feel like typing on the keyboard at all. Just press the START key, just like pressing on a wooden board. The mouse is worse, double feiyan, I want to move the distance between the points, so I often need to take the mouse up and put it down. I have been using these two things for nearly two years.
In the afternoon, I went out and made a round trip. I had a hard time buying a new mouse (double swallow) and a keyboard (Logitech). I finally had a feeling of typing.
