1 newly configured Dell R730XD (with 2 Intel e5-2640 V4 CPUs, 128GB memory, H730 raid cards, 12 4TB SATA drives, 2 495W power supplies), after installing VMware ESXi 6.5.0 (d), Some virtual machines often crash and behave as if the virtual machine freezes in the vsphere client or vsphere WEB client console, the VM cannot be manipulated, and the virtual machine is restarted without responding. Sometimes logged into the ESXi console, pressing F2 or F12 also does not respond. View the status of the crashed virtual machine in vsphere client, with a CPU utilization of 0 or very low (the status is power on). As shown in 1-1.

This issue should be a BIOS issue by looking at Dell's official website. Dell has updated the BIOS version to 2.4.3 for r630/r730/r730xd to fix the following four issues:
-High-speed non-volatile memory (NVME) The export log issue in the human-computer interface infrastructure (HII).
-The Intel Xeon Processor e5-2600 V4 system may have CPU internal errors (IERR) and Machine check errors when idle.
-In rare cases, the system may stop responding due to a power failure during the boot process.
-The ability to manually divide the slot branches does not work.
