This issue should be a BIOS issue by looking at Dell's official website. Dell has updated the BIOS version to 2.4.3 for r630/r730/r730xd to fix the following four issues:

-High-speed non-volatile memory (NVME) The export log issue in the human-computer interface infrastructure (HII).

-The Intel Xeon Processor e5-2600 V4 system may have CPU internal errors (IERR) and Machine check errors when idle.

-In rare cases, the system may stop responding due to a power failure during the boot process.

-The ability to manually divide the slot branches does not work.

(1) Restart the server, check the BIOS version, the current BIOS version is shown in 2.2.5,1-3.

(2) Login to Idrac, in "Idrac settings → update and rollback", select "Update" on the "Firmware" tab and browse to select the downloaded BIOS upgrade file (the file name is Bios_6ydcm_wn64_2.4.3.exe in this example. Size 21.7MB, Dell update package is native Microsoft 64-bit format), click the "Upload" button, 1-4 is shown.

(3) After the upload is complete, the status and version number of the uploaded BIOS update file is displayed in "Update Details", check the uploaded update file, click "Install and Reboot", the update will be installed immediately and the story boot server, 1-5.

(4) A "system alert" will pop up, click the "OK" button, then reboot the server and go to the BIOS Update task application, as shown in 1-7.

(5) After the update BIOS is complete, the system restarts, and you can see the BIOS version upgrade to 2.4.3,1-9 as shown.
