This article is very clear, but there is a problem when uploading

 1 ! [Rejected] master-> Master (fetch first)  2 error:failed to push some refs to ' https://github.com/thy00/e-shop.git ' 3  Hint:  Updates were rejected because the remote contains work, you do  4  hint:not has locally. This was usually caused by another repository pushing  5  hint:to the same ref. Want to first integrate the remote changes  6  hint: (e.g., ' git pull ... ' ) before pushing again.  7  hint:see the ' Note about Fast-forwards ' in ' git push--help ' 

The reason is that the readme.md file is not in the local code directory, workaround:
