Urban and rural China (lower level): the free entry of farmland into the market is a five-star recommendation for the final solution to China's land problems.

 

This book is the lower part of a collection of articles serialized by the author in Economic Observer. I have read every article, but I feel that it is necessary to add to my favorites. I bought one after publishing this book.

The book does not mention Economic Observer, nor lists the posting time of each article, which is a bit weird.

The author is good at exploring the origin and solution of complex land problems in a simple way, and can write it in 100 articles. As a layman reading articles one by one, I feel that Mr. Zhou is reasonable.

The author believes that the free entry of rural construction land into the market is an important solution to China's land problems.

The more the truth becomes clearer. In February September this year, the author and Professor Watson, author of "urbanization transformation and land traps", made a wonderful debate on land issues and small property houses. Unfortunately, Watson did not answer his offer in the third round. Watson argued that his opinion "Economic Observer" was unwilling to be published. The debate is expected to continue.
