Url rewrite in. htaccess are not working
I downloaded an open source website from the Internet, I configured Apache and PHP,
I run http://127.0.0.1:8881/index.php and show Systemcheck screen
One of them did not pass
URLs rewrite in. htaccess are not working. Check your server configuration.
this. htaccess file is also downloaded from the Internet and nothing has changed.

What should I change? config file
