Under the Fedora20, want to put on a U disk to make a startup disk. The result is a lot of problems.


  1. Do the driving

  2. Go into the U disk and change the folder Syslinux to Ioslinux.

  3. Open the CFG file in Notepad and modify it.

    was originally

Root=live:label=fedora-17-x86_64-live-desktop

Change into

Root=live:label=live

The label is followed by a volume label.

4. Enter the BIOS and change the USB to the preferred boot entry. Ok
