Use and Application of Excel Data attachments

Application scenarios:

The form may contain many detailed fields with a large number of rows (20 +), and the detailed data may be imported into the database for subsequent statistical analysis. At this time, if all fields and data are in the form, it will lead to difficulties in formatting and reduced data loading computing performance. In this case, you can use an Excel Data attachment to solve the problem.

Features:

1. Enter brief information in the form to facilitate the approval of the lead; ensure the performance of the ticket;

2. Create a custom two-dimensional table in Excel to carry large data volumes;

3. Associate the form with Excel. documents can be submitted only after the Excel Data attachment is filled in; Business rigor is ensured;

4. Excel data can be written to the database to facilitate subsequent statistical analysis;

Disadvantages:

1. The content entered in Excel cannot be compared and verified with the content in the form.

2. Basic data verification is not yet available for Excel attachments. If the personnel name is correct, the system will automatically skip this step if there is an error. No error is reported.

3. After the Excel attachment is saved, the bill_id and bill_no are generated in the background, which will occupy the normal form ticket number, resulting in discontinuous.

Configuration method:

1. Create an Excel form on the Form Flow page.

2. Configure the data source, data population, and data collection according to the conventional configuration method.

3. On the "data attachment Association" tab, select the form name.

4. Normally Save the Excel form

5. After a normal form is created, the icon "please fill in the data attachment ***" appears in the bottom column of the attachment column. You can double-click to open the Excel form, after entering or importing the data, click "save data ".

6. Normally fill in the regular form content and submit the documents. If the data attachment is not filled in, the system will not allow the submission of the ticket.

7. The value of the Excel Data attachment has been written into the pre-configured table and can be transferred and approved as an attachment along with the document.
