Solution:

1. To update the SVN version of the corresponding system, you can jump to https://www.wandisco.com/subversion/download download the corresponding SVN version, (download 1.8.XX is no problem, I use 1.8.15)

2. The installation process is very simple, after the installation, the location will be in/OPT/SUBVERSION/BIN/SVN (do not know the location of the command which SVN to see the current SVN location)
