Use color shadow to realize cool font reflection effect

Reflection effects in many places will be used, such as personal photo annotation, product display, title design, Web images, advertising and so on. Today's small series will introduce this special effects of the production method, but do not worry, without professional-level image software, we use the most excellent picture processing software---Color shadow 2010来 easy to achieve! This special small series focuses on how to use color shadow to create cool font reflection effects, as shown in Figure 1.

1. Enter the color shadow, click "Photo File" in the menu bar, then select New Tile Artboard (accelerator: CTRL + N), in the pop-up dialog box, as shown in Figure 2 parameter settings, note that transparency is 0 (0 for full transparency), so as to facilitate the subsequent use of the production of the font arbitrarily drag and drop to other pictures for transparent synthesis.

2. Color shadow of the font editing is very powerful, setting is also very simple. We clicked on the navigation bar above the interface "play text", and then in the left Text edit panel input text, and set your favorite font effect parameters (such as Figure 3), here we simply use the text gradient effect.

After the effect selection, click "Confirm input" can be added to the text, at this time with the left mouse button click on the blank area of the picture, to remove the text just joined the selection (such as the selected text will change the font properties), and then use the same method to add another group of the same text effect (Figure 4).

4. Line the text into the top and bottom columns, select the text in the second column, hold down the keyboard Shift key, and click the Yellow Circle node in the upper-left (or upper-right) of the text and press the left mouse button to drag it down, so that the second column of text will be inverted! At this point, align the top and bottom two column fonts, and then select the "Creative Synthesis" on the menu bar. The "Blend all layers" option (Figure 5) is designed to turn three layers into a full text picture.

5. Did you finish it? No, the reflection is too hard, we should be more professional, should let the reflection has the effect of softening more real! Click on the "Creative synthesis" section of the top navigation bar, then select the "Advanced Pull tool" on the left panel, set the "brush hardness" parameter to a smaller value, and wipe the bottom of the reflection text a little bit (Figure 6), and finally click "OK" button to complete the operation. Lifelike, cool reflection effect on the completion of!

OK, how to use this text reflection special effect? I demonstrate the application, we can directly in the color shadow open a picture of the material, we do a good job directly drag and drop the text above, as shown in Figure 7, cool enough simple it! Let's try it out:
