Use eclipse C ++ for programming on the Windows platform, connect to the Oracle 9i library in the mingw environment, and use Pro * C or OCI .. Occi does not work.

Find orasql9i. dll

In msys:
$ Pexports-O orasql9i. dll> orasql9i. Def

$ Dlltool-D orasql9i. Def-D orasql9.dll-l liborasql.

Click-lorasql.

Note that C functions are not c ++ functions.
