After your applications are released, you sometimes need to perform remote debugging on the server. The following describes how to remotely debug Jboss:
We use 3.2.2 for Eclipse and 4.2.2 for Jboss.
1. Set the Jboss startup parameters and open the Debug port.
Open the [jboss-4.2.2.GAbinrun.conf] file and open comments in line 47, as shown below
# Sample JPDA settings for remote socket debuging
JAVA_OPTS = "$ JAVA_OPTS-Xrunjdwp: transport = dt_socket, address = 8787, server = y, suspend = n"
2. Debug using Eclipse
First, there must be a project for debugging the application in Eclipse. Then open the Debug mode of Eclipse and select the corresponding project, remote Server IP address, and port (8787 ), run it directly. Make sure that the service is started.
I have prepared several screenshots, but it is too inconvenient to map images in CSDN. Let's take a look at the content on the following webpage and make it clear! :)
