A. Open EVC and select Tools --> platform manager configuration.
B. Click Add device, start a name, and click Properties. In transpor, select "TCP/IP...". startup uses the default "emulator startup server"
C. Click configuration on the Right of startup, select "chs sp 2003 se (virtual radio)" in the image, and click OK to go back. You can select a Chinese simulator on the EVC compilation toolbar. And can be switched between Chinese and English at will

5. Notes:
To ensure that your vbs script server can run properly, many people on the Internet cannot install it because the vbs script is not executed properly. If you have installed the super solution, be sure to note that the super solution will change the way the vbs file is opened. It is best to uninstall the super solution first, after uninstallation, go to the "file type" in "Folder Options" to restore the default open mode of vbs. Manually changing the open mode does not seem to work.
If you find this error after installation: cvtres: Fatal error cvt1102: out of memory. Use comm \ bin \ cvstr.exe in the installation directory to overwrite files of the same name in EVC \ wce420 \.
