Teachers often use Excel spreadsheets to make a systematic contrastive analysis of students ' grades. In order to see the convenience, we can use the "conditional format" feature provided by Excel, for failing students to first light the "yellow card".
1, use the mouse to select a section or a few subjects of the results of the cell (do not use the selection of a whole row or a whole column of methods, otherwise no data empty cells will also participate in the operation.) Click the menu bar format → conditional formatting (figure 1), Open the Conditional Formatting dialog box, click the Drop-down button "between", select "Less than", and then fill in the box with a pass score of 72, meaning less than 72 and failing. (Figure 2)

3, if you want to cancel the yellow card, you can select these cells again, click format → conditional formatting, click the Format button in the Conditional Formatting dialog box, select No color in the color item or click the Clear button, and then click OK to exit.
