Use ActiveReports for. net for report development (10)-Cross-transform background)

In a report, displaying each record according to different background colors can improve the appearance of the report and display data more clearly. This effect is very common in report development, it is easy to implement in ActiveReports.

It can be like the example in help:

You can also place a Shape under each record, set it to not display the border, place it on the last side, and then set the color of the Shape according to the code above.
