When you use Word2007 to edit and format Word documents, you sometimes need to print a Word document, such as a job seeker's resume, a personal collection of documents, into a booklet in a book format. Using Word2007 to provide "book folding" features, it is easy for users to achieve this (this tutorial is also applicable in Word2003), the following steps are described:
Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window and switch to the page layout ribbon. In the Page Setup group, click the Display Page Setup dialog box button, as shown in Figure 2009012101.

Step 2nd, open the Page Setup dialog box and switch to the Margins tab. In the page number range area, click the Multiple Pages drop-down triangle button and select the Book fold option in the Open Drop-down menu, as shown in Figure 2009012102.

Step 3rd, switch to the Paper tab, click the paper size Drop-down triangle button, and select the appropriate paper type from the Open drop-down menu. Because the book-fold page is set, the paper orientation can only be selected "Landscape", so the user should choose a paper type twice times the size of the book format. For example, if the book is A4 format, you should choose A3 Paper, if the book is B5 negative, you should choose B4 format. When you have finished setting the paper size, click OK, as shown in Figure 2009012103.
