Use Disk Utility in Mac to quickly encrypt folders

There are many ways to encrypt an existing folder, and here is a way to use the system's own disk utility, which is very handy:

1. Use Spotlight to find "disk Utility" and open

2. In the top left [file] drop-down menu--new--the disk image of the folder

3. Select the folder you want to encrypt

4. It is recommended to choose the encryption method according to the following figure

5, set the password, remember the following in the keychain remember the password to remove the checkmark

The encrypted image of the folder is created and the process is simple. If you edit the contents of the folder, then eject the disk image to complete the Save and encryption, the next time you open the DMG file will still require a password.
