Sometimes we have to enter some simple mathematical formula in Word, and the Equation Editor component is not installed in the system and can be entered in the EQ field.
Below, let's take an example of the formula for the input diagram to see the specific procedure: Place the cursor where you want to insert the formula, and then press the CTRL+F9 key combination to enter the field notation {}→ enter "EQ" in the field notation → Click the space → continue typing "(3,1+2x)" → Move the cursor to the right outer side of the field notation, enter the "=" → and press the CTRL+F9 key combination input field notation {}→ enter "EQ" in the field notation → Click the space → continue to enter "F (1,1-x)".
After the completion of the input, select the field code, right-click, and then pop-up shortcut menu, select the "Switch field code" option, the corresponding formula can appear in front of us.
Attention:
① the domain notation ({}) here, although it looks like a normal curly brace, but its function is not the same as the normal curly braces, therefore, can not be used as a key direct input!
② If you modify the color of the characters in the field code (such as "1+2x", "1-x", and so on), you can also enter a color formula (which is not possible with the formula editor).
