This tutorial is about the use of flash mask effect to make nice picture switching effect. This tutorial uses the simplest of the flash masks as an example, and of course you can use your imagination to make more and better picture animations. I hope this tutorial will bring you some help.
Let's look at the effect first:
First, open flash create 1 new layers, draw a vertical line with the line tool, place the left side of the relative stage, and insert the keyframe at frame 30th.

Second step, click on the 30th frame to pull the vertical line to the right side of the stage.

The third step, the point live any frame, in the attribute to change the tween to shape.

Fourth step, create a new layer, and the same as the above draw a vertical line, note that this time the vertical line from right to left, and then in the property tween Select shape animation.

Step fifth, create a new layer, import a picture, relative to the stage size.

Step sixth, create a new layer, insert a keyframe at frame 20th, import a picture, relative to the stage size, and insert frames at frame 30th.

Seventh step, new layer, 20th frame insert key frame, with rectangular tool to draw a rectangular square color arbitrary, note must be aligned with two lines. Otherwise the effect is not pulled.

The eighth step, inserts the key frame at the 30th frame, pulls the square with the freeform tool to pull the big, relative to the stage. Click the property tween to change to a shape.

Nineth step, click on the Layer 5 right button, select the Mask layer.
