Is there any way to make Windows smarter, and automatically identify their own U disk and reject other U disk? Maybe you would think that small weave here Arabian Nights, but in fact in the Windows7, such an operation can really!

The whole operation is divided into two stages, the first is to let Win7 know your u disk, followed by setting rules to allow the system to automatically reject other U disk.

First step. Insert your own USB disk into your computer, then open Device Manager, expand computer → disk drive, and then find your own USB key.

Step two. Double-click the USB key to enter the properties page, then open the details panel, change the "properties" to "Hardware ID", and then copy the first value in the hardware ID.

Sixth step. Turn on "Prohibit installation of devices not described by other policy settings" and "Allow installation of devices that match the following device IDs". And the hardware ID of the U disk and USB mass storage device that you just copied is filled in the display panel of "Allow devices that match the following device IDs to be installed."

OK, click OK after the configuration will begin to take effect, just insert a U disk try it. How, the power of Group Policy is not very powerful!

Is it convenient to see the above Win7 application tips? Now the U disk price has been very low, the use is very common, but one of the biggest hidden danger is the spread of viruses, especially a U disk in more than one computer on many people after the use, who knows which computer will spread the virus, If your system does not install antivirus software, then "lying in the gun" is not good. Fortunately Win7 system's powerful function can let this loss reduce to the lowest, the unsafe thing does not put in, does this know Win7 originally can so good?!
