Use IIS Server Farms to set up application service load balancing and farms Load Balancing
When the company's business expands, with a large number of requests, the application Server's capacity can no longer meet the growing business needs, the use of IIS Server Farms to build a Server Load balancer approach, distributing requests to different application servers reduces the pressure on the application server.
The procedure is as follows:
1. Install iis. Right-click the IIS homepage to obtain the new platform components, download and install the Web Platform installer, install the following two plug-ins, and then restart IIS.
2. configure Server Frams
Add a new website: TS_WEB_80, Create Server Farm: TS_WEB_80 in Server Farms, and Add Server in TS_WEB_80: I installed three VMS on my local computer for testing before adding them.
3. I saved a different index.html in 101,102,129 to test the index.html content of, so that it is easy to differentiate
We can see that the requests reach three services respectively, and the IIS Server Farms load balancing is implemented simply. However, there are still more problems to solve: 1. for example, implement the Session sharing mechanism; 2. what should I do when the server Load balancer fails? 3. it solves the problems of application load balancing, how to reduce the pressure on the database, how to balance the database load, and add the cache mechanism, and how to reasonably build a load balancing solution based on the project business scenario, you still need to keep trying and learning!
