1.Set User Group
The procedure is as follows:
1)Select "manage"-"Users & Groups"-"Group Browser" to go to the "Group Browser" page.
2)New User Groups: Administrators, Assigners, Developers, and Testers
2.Set permission Scheme
The procedure is as follows:
1)Choose "manage"-"Schemes"-"Permission Schemes" to go to the "Permission Schemes" page.
2)Add a permission Scheme (do not modify it in the default permission Scheme)
3)On the copy Permission scheme, click the "Permission" link to go to the "Edit Permissions" page.
4)Add, delete, and modify permissions based on the permissions in the preceding table.
Note: Only the Assigner role can assign defects.

The procedure is as follows:
1)Select "manage"-"Schemes"-"Notification Schemes" to go to the "Notification Schemes" page.
2)Copy the Default Notification Scheme and change it to the appropriate name (do not modify it in the Default permission Scheme)
3)Follow the instructions above to set the parameters.
4.6 Set the interface design scheme
1.Enable time tracking
The procedure is as follows:
1)Choose "manage"-"Global Settings"-"Time Tracking" to go to the "Time Tracking Setting" page.
2)Set "Hours Per Day" to 8 and "Days Per Week" to 5.
3)Click the Activate key to enable the time tracking function.
2.Enable attachment Function
The procedure is as follows:
1)Select "Global Settings"-"Attachments", click the "Edit Configuration" link to go to the "Attachments Settings" page, and select "On" for the "Allow Attachments" option ", in the "Attachment Path" text box, enter the Path to save the Attachment, for example, f: \ JiraTemp \ Attachment.
2)Select "Issue Fields"-"Field Layout (System)" to go to the "View Issue Fields" Page, select the "attachment" item, and click the "Show" link <
3.Set the interface design scheme
The procedure is as follows:
1)Choose manage> Issue Fields> Field Layout Schemes to go to the View Scheme Issue Fields page.
2)Perform Edit, Hide, and Required operations. Follow the instructions below to configure.

1.Configure overall attributes
Set the default language, Title, and other information on the interface.
The procedure is as follows:
1)Select "manage"-"Global Settings"-"General Configuration" to go to the "Settings" page.
2)Click the "Edit Configuration" link and modify the settings as follows on the page.
