Use Microsoft's built-in Chinese Input Method in Windows 8

1. Add a Chinese Input Method

Step 1: click "simplified" in the lower-right corner of the desktop and select a small green line:
Change language preference
Step 2: Select add alanguage in the following interface
 
Step 3: Select Chinese (simplified) -- add to list in the displayed window

Step 4: Select move up to put the newly added simplified Chinese into the first one. The simplified Chinese of the previous us can be deleted.
If the English language is used, switch the Chinese language by shift and try again!
This method is also used to add other languages

2. Set the language bar
