Use parental controls to control vista

Vista already has a parental control feature built into it, which is designed to help parents control how children can use computers. But for users who have only one computer in their home, in order to prevent their parents from making

Use the computer accidentally login to some Trojan sites, this function may be more used to "control parents."

To set up parental controls, there should be at least two accounts: a standard account (equivalent to a limited account under Windows XP) and an administrator. The former acts as a child and the latter acts as a parental role.

Open Control Panel → parental control and double-click a standard account in the open window to enter the Parental Control settings interface (see Figure 1). First, select Enable, force current settings, or you will not be able to do the following, and then select "Apply, collect information about computer usage" to record detailed records of the child's use of the computer.

Click Windows Vista Web Filter in Figure 1 to enter the Setup interface shown in Figure 2.

Click Edit Allow and Block list, follow the prompts, add some virus Trojan sites, or add the sites that parents need to access directly to the Allow list, and then check the "Allow sites only on the Allow list"
