New channel mixer adjustment layer, check monochrome. Reduce the red in the channel, increase the green and blue of the output channel, and further separate the hue of the sky and the forest.

Add a level adjustment layer to enhance tonal differences, so that the dark color in the image into black, light to white.

Press alt+ctrl+~ to load the high light selection and select the forest. Double-click the background layer to unlock it, and clicking the Add Layer Mask button. Then say all the adjustment layers are hidden. Get the following effect.
