Use PS filter to increase starlight effect on night lighting

The principle of making starlight is very simple. Only need to copy the material picture two layers, respectively, using dynamic blur filter fuzzy processing, only two layers of fuzzy direction to 90 degrees, and then change the layer of the blending mode can see starlight effect.
