Ps max-o lstart, lwp, pid, nlwp, cmd
Lstart STARTED time the command started.
Nlwp NLWP number of lwps (threads) in the process. (alias thcount ).
Lwp LWP lwp (light weight process, or thread) ID of the lwp being reported.
(Alias spid, tid ).
