Another useful feature about document revisions in Word2003 is the spelling and grammar feature, which enables you to quickly check for spelling errors or grammatical errors that exist in Word documents. For example, the spelling errors of English words, punctuation errors can be accurately captured. For those in doubt, colored wavy lines will be flagged to draw the attention of the user, which can be ignored or modified.
In the Word document, position the cursor anywhere, and then click the tools → spelling and grammar menu commands in the Word menu bar to open the Spelling and Grammar dialog box. Word starts the check from the current position of the cursor and reports the first query found. When the user confirms that they must be modified, you can modify them directly in the Error prompt box and click the Change button. If no changes are necessary, click the ignore once or ignore All button to continue with the check, as shown in Figure 2008071229.
