Use Openfire,spark,fastpath webchat to build an online consulting service detailed graphic commentary

Usage Scenarios: Enterprise Business Consulting

1. On the official website http://www.igniterealtime.org/index.jsp, download Openfire,spark

2. Install Spark.exe, unzip Openfire.zip

3. Execute \openfire_3_9_3\openfire\bin\ under Openfire.exe, click Launch Admin to enter admin Configuration interface

4. Configure the language, database, Administrator account password and other information,

5. Find Fastpath Webchat,fastpath service add in Plugin

Can see webchat in openfire_3_9_3\openfire\plugins, here I put Webchat.war into Tomcat run

Restart the OpenFire service to see that FastPath service is started, where the domain name is the computer name by default

6. Test Spark to register Test1 and TEST2 accounts separately

Log in to each other separately

7. Launch Tomcat to access http://localhost:8080/webchat/

Configuring the OpenFire Service

Configured successfully can see pictures displayed as Live help offline pictures

The Fastpath service plugin will automatically add a workgroup demo and a user demo when the installation is complete.

Modify the demo user's password and use spark to log in to the demo user

Refresh http://localhost:8080/webchat/, you can see the picture offline has disappeared, can enter the online Help
