Failure phenomenon:
Helix through the USB 3.0 Dock external monitor and mouse keyboard use, the computer LCD, the system's LCD back cover will become hot.

Configuration of Impact:
Use USB 3.0 Dock external display

Solution:
If the LCD of the Helix product is in a closed state, the cover panel on the rear fan of the keyboard base can be turned on to keep the system from cooling.
Please show that the LCD is closed in the use state, open the cover plate to ensure the body cooling.
