Install Kali Linux with Mini ISO
With Kali mini ISO, you can easily install a minimal Linux from scratch. mini ISO will download the required software package from our source, which means you need a fast network to use this installation method.

Installation conditions
- Install Kali Linux with at least 8 GB hard disk space.
- I386 and amd64 architectures, with a minimum memory of MB.
- CD-DVD drive/USB boot
Prepare for Installation
- Download Kali mini ISO.
- Burn Kali Linux to a DVD disk or create a Kali Linux image U disk.
- Make sure that your computer BIOS is booted from CD/USB.
How to install Kali Linux
When you start using mini ISO, a startup interface with many options will appear. In this article, we will perform simple basic installation.
Next, you will be prompted for various settings, such as the language and keyboard layout. Then you need to set a host name for the system. Here we use the default kali.
Next, select the time zone, and then the partition option will appear. For the sake of speed, we will choose the 'guided-use entire disk' option in this article and follow the prompts until we create a new partition pattern.
